This isn’t your typical Pinot Noir and Chardonnay affair; we’re diving deeper into the rich tapestry of regional wines, from the crisp whites of Alsace to the bold, often-overlooked reds of the South.

Each wine is handpicked to highlight the diverse flavours and traditions of the French countryside, paired with regional dishes that bring out the best in every pour.

Led by Thomas Gisbert of Mosaique Wines, this expert-guided tasting offers unparalleled insight into these hidden gems, as Thomas shares his deep knowledge of the wines, regions, and stories behind each bottle, so you can truly appreciate the diversity of France’s wine culture.

What to Expect

Forget the usual suspects – this tour will feature unique, regional varieties like Gamay, Aligoté, and the Rhône’s Syrah blends, giving you a new perspective on French winemaking.
